Mini Coaching Session: A Mini Coaching Session is a 1-hour meeting where we tackle your most pressing or most immediate HR dilemmas and people management challenges. You’ll leave this session with 1-3 clear directives and action items. We spend time preparing for your meeting by reviewing your completed intake questionnaire to ensure our hour together is well-spent.
Full Coaching Session: A Full Coaching Session is a 3-hour coaching session where we do a deep dive into your business in order to create a more robust and comprehensive action plan that gives direction and referrals to resources for executing on people management matters. This option is best for more complex issues and when a longer-term or higher risk solution is likely to be required. We prepare for your meeting by reviewing your completed intake questionnaire and conducting research to ensure we deliver recommendations that are catered to providing a full outline of the action plan you will need.
Individual Coaching Session: An Individual Coaching Session is a 30-minute meeting where we tackle your most pressing HR challenges. You’ll leave this session with 1-3 clear action items and/or information you can use for decision-making. We spend time preparing for your meeting by reviewing your completed intake questionnaire to ensure our time together is well-spent.
Please note: All sessions are conducted online via a teleconference platform. Longer sessions are available upon request. After purchasing a consultation, a pre-session questionnaire must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the session. If your questionnaire is not completed in enough time, your session may be postponed or rescheduled. All sessions are conducted via online meeting platform. Cancellations/requests to reschedule require 24 hour notice. No refunds, but happy to work to reschedule or you can arrange to transfer your appointment to someone else.
